Challenge: A New Space Means New Tech, Too
Proton Therapy Partners (PTP) delivers best-in-class proton therapy solutions by forming equity joint ventures with prominent health systems and faced a good dilemma—outgrowing their office space. Omega Real Estate, a KPI Partner, was assisting Proton Therapy Partners in procuring a new and improved office for their growing company. They needed to have their new office set up with all the requisite technology infrastructure—including internet, firewall, network switch, cabling, wireless, etc. Beyond the physical location, PTP used the opportunity to move as a way to upgrade and migrate their accounts to a corporate Microsoft 365 account,allowing their team a better selection of tools digitally to supplement the physical upgrades. PTP was also looking for an outsourced IT partner to provide ongoing managed IT services as they wanted to preserve their new IT investments and continue to focus on a new and growing business.

Goals: Evaluating Better Digital Assets
After consulting with PTP leadership, KPI presented a plan to properly implement the network infrastructure as required and also to set up and migrate their email to Microsoft 365. KPI completed both of these projects successfully while PTP was able to focus on the other important aspects of moving corporate headquarters. KPI then onboarded PTP as an IT managed services client by rolling out our software, security, and services.

Omega real estate was able to successfully help their client out by referring them to KPInterface, and PTP was able to obtain the services they need. Omega real estate also received a $500 finder’s fee from KPI as a thank you for the referral. KPI continues to be an important partner to PTP as it continues its corporate growth.
