IMPORTANT NOTE: Our KPI team is working diligently to prepare, configure and customize your new PC. Please remember that standard delivery time for any new PC order is 2 weeks after approval. Any order with multiple devices may require additional time to prepare for delivery. KPI will consider urgent requests but any request shorter than standard delivery time cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees will be applied.
KPI always provides best effort to get device(s) ordered, prepared, and delivered for each of our clients. However, when time is limited, things may also be missed in preparation. If after delivery you find anything that needs attention, please contact us so we can complete any requested customizations. Thank you.
This request is for KPI to deliver in person but only to drop off the PC order after it’s been configured by our team. Please provide the contact person to specify if you need it handed to you or given to another employee.
This request is for KPI to coordinate with you or the user to schedule a date to deliver/install/setup the new device at your office location. Please be advised that the scheduled date may or may not match your requested delivery date.
This request is for KPI to ship the device to the user’s shipping address stated below. Please make sure that the address is accurate to avoid additional shipping charges. KPI will aim to ship the device on or before the requested delivery date, however, we are not liable for any changes made by the shipping carrier once the package is in route.
This option is for you or the contact person requesting to pick up the new device at our KPI office in Limerick, PA. Closer to the requested delivery date, you may reach out to KPI if our team has not reached out to you to arrange and schedule the time you wish to pick up the new device.
IMPORTANT: By clicking "No, I didn't request the new user yet," this form will also be submitted to our service desk team to create the user. We pre-fill as much as we can, but please be sure to answer ALL the questions above as accurately as possible so that our service desk can properly create the new user and email. Failure to complete the new user form could delay the user creation process and delivery of the computer (if requested).
