After reviewing McGillin Architecture, Inc.’s assets, KPInterface put together a Technology Alignment Review (TAR) and a IT Roadmap, both of which were integral to KPI’s success. The TAR helps both us and McGillin what and where their vulnerabilities were— uncovering that all computers needed essential upgrades, stronger backup (and on the cloud) was needed, and network patches were missing. All of this explained their slow, annoying IT arrangement. KPI next developed an IT roadmap to power their technology, and empower their business. Together, we developed a comfortable timeline and budget which included a server and network upgrade, a Microsoft 365 migration for their team, a full business continuity and disaster recovery implementation, and a sustained service agreement that includes Service Desk support for every day issues for McGillin’s end users.
