SERVICE PLANS


OVERVIEW

KPI Service Plans are the most effective approach to total IT management and support for your organization. Our Service Plans bundle most KPI services, including: Pro-Active Services, Re-Active Support, Disaster Recovery, Network Management and Consulting into a single fixed-fee package designed to meet all of most of your company’s technology needs. Service Plans are how you engage KPI to be your company’s IT department. Service Plans are customizable for your company, meaning specific services can be added or removed to meet your precise needs. With a fixed-fee plan, you’ll know exactly what IT is costing your business, helping you to better plan and optimize your IT budget.

SERVICE HOURS

KPI Service Plans include unlimited support between 6:00AM-6:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. All support performed during these hours is covered under your KPI Service Plan.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT / AFTER-HOURS & WEEKENDS

KPI support is available 24x7x365. We have Network Engineers on-call around the clock to meet your emergency support needs. Support provided during after-hours (between 6:00PM-6:00AM) and weekends are subject to an additional charge of $200/per hour.

PROJECT SERVICES

IT Projects are not included with Service Plans. Projects include any implementation of new technologies or major enhancement of existing technology. Please refer to the KPI Project Methodology appendix for examples of IT projects. Labor rates for projects are $150/per hour during normal business hours and $200/per hour during after-hours and weekends.
